Please read these terms before using the services of Zonduo Technology ("Zonduo", "we", "us"). By using our services or making a payment, you ("client") agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance and Changes to These Terms
By using our services or making a payment, you accept these terms. We may update the terms from time to time, and the "Last updated" date above shows the latest revision. It is your responsibility to check this page regularly. Your continued use of our services after any change means you accept the updated terms.
2. Services
Zonduo provides PhD research support, research paper and thesis support, implementation, journal publication assistance and related services. The scope, deliverables, price and timeline of each project are confirmed in writing (email, WhatsApp or quotation) before work starts. Anything outside the agreed scope is a separate service and is charged separately. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information, requirements and files on time.
- Report any dissatisfaction within the timeframe stated in your agreement.
- Follow the rules of your institution and the target journal. Acceptance of a paper depends on the journal's independent review, and Zonduo cannot guarantee acceptance or publication.
- Make sure you have the right to share the material you give us.
4. How We Work
- We listen to your specific requirements and work closely with you to develop a solution that meets them.
- We keep you informed at every step and answer your questions through WhatsApp, email and calls.
- Our team is available for technical discussions and consultations to help you understand your needs and make informed decisions about your PhD research work.
- We take your privacy and security seriously. Payment details are discussed only with our business team members, and all communication is kept confidential. See our Privacy Policy.
- On request, we provide call recordings or screen recordings of your work, and live demos for web and app development projects, so you can see the work before it is finalized and give feedback.
- We schedule technical calls at a time that is convenient for you.
- We offer flexible payment options, as described in section 5 (Payment).
- We offer plagiarism checks and make reasonable modifications to your work until the agreed deliverables are met.
- After a project is complete, we provide implementation support so that systems are set up correctly.
5. Payment
- Payment modes: you can pay in full (a single payment for the entire project) or in part payments (an agreed amount after the delivery of each module or project, or after publication of the paper), as stated in your quotation. We provide support until the agreed deliverables are completed and you understand the project.
- Part payments: pay the quoted amount at the agreed intervals and after completion of each module or the entire project. Late payment delays the service or delivery until payment is received.
- Zonduo is not liable for loss caused by fraudulent activity of third parties. Please pay only to the official accounts shared by Zonduo.
- Payment methods: Online modes, or transfer to our official bank account.
- International clients: payments must be made in currencies authorized by the Reserve Bank of India, in the currency of your country corresponding to the Indian currency.
- Taxes: the quoted price includes all applicable taxes (GST). We may revise our rates from time to time; the amount specified on the date of your agreement applies to your project even if rates are revised later.
- Installments: pay only in the installments agreed in your quotation. Additional installments cannot be requested, and the installment conditions must be followed strictly.
- Invoice: after successful payment, you can obtain an invoice and a bill copy.
- Additional charges: costs for an advanced kit or special device recommended by you, and any service beyond the agreed scope, are paid by you as an additional amount.
- Bank charges: Zonduo is not responsible for any charges your bank levies on the transaction.
6. Confidentiality and Ownership
We keep your research data, drafts and communication confidential. Ownership of the delivered work passes to you after full payment.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zonduo is not liable for outcomes outside its control, including journal or institutional decisions, indirect or consequential losses, or delays caused by late client input. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to stop or terminate a service at any time if you breach these terms and conditions. If a client breaches these terms, no guarantees are given for that service. The refund conditions in section 6 continue to apply.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu.
