Your acceptance of the updated terms is implied upon using our services. The terms and conditions may be updated periodically and it is your responsibility to regularly check for updates. Your continued use of our services after any changes will confirm your agreement to the updated terms.
Services
We offer web and app development services, PhD research services, and other related services. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right to terminate services at any time if you breach these terms and conditions.
General Policies
At Zonduo technology, we pride ourselves on delivering top-quality services to our clients. We strive to make every client's experience with us a positive and successful one. Our team is comprised of experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing you with the best possible service.
Payment
- Payment for our services can be made in two modes, either full payment or part payment. In the part payment mode, the client must pay a certain amount after the delivery of each module or project or after the publication of the paper. In the full payment mode, the user must make a single payment for the entire product to avoid late payments and other related issues. We provide extensive support until the client is fully satisfied and has full knowledge of the project.
- For the part payment mode, the client is advised to pay the quoted amount at regular intervals to avoid service interruptions or late delivery of the project. It is important to pay the prescribed amount after completion of each module or the entire project. Failure to do so will result in a delay of the service or product until payment is received.
- The company shall not be liable for any fraudulent activity.
- Payment can be made directly or through other online modes, including official bank account transfers.
- Refunds can be made directly by cash or through online mode based on the clients’ preference.
- For international clients, payments must be made in currencies authorized by the Reserve Bank of India. The user is advised to pay in the currency of their respective country corresponding to Indian currency.
- The payment includes all taxes, such as VAT, Sales Tax, and Service tax. Our company has the legal right to revise the payment rate periodically. Users are required to pay the prescribed amount specified at the date of the agreement, even if the payments are revised.
- Users must pay in the prescribed installments only and cannot request additional installments. They are advised to strictly follow the conditions for the installment mode of payment.
- After successful payment, the user can obtain an invoice and a bill copy. Any additional charges incurred, such as for an advanced kit or special device recommended by the client, are the responsibility of the user. If the user requires any additional services beyond the legally agreed services prescribed in the document, they will be required to pay an additional amount.
- The company shall not be responsible for any charges that the clients’ bank may levy on the transaction.
- Once a project is paid for, an expert allotted by the management will begin working on the project, and the project cannot be cancelled or money refunded.
- The client may choose to continue with the project or cancel the project at any time until payment or deposit is made, and the work is allotted to an expert.
Refund Policy
We derive a cancellation and refund policy in motto to help our client to have a proper knowledge about the conditions and procedure followed in our company and our policy is more liberal and it more open to the client and is client oriented.
We are committed to providing our clients with refunds within a specific time frame and subject to certain terms and conditions if they are not satisfied with our project. Cancellation of a project is only accepted if there is no possibility of redoing the work or delivering the project to the client.
Clients are required to provide prior notice when requesting cancellation. We aim to ensure a hassle-free refund process, with refunds typically processed within one to two working days.
Refunds are provided as a single payment, and cancellations are only accepted if the project does not meet the client’s requirements. Cancellation requests must be accompanied by a valid reason.
Cancellation of a project or service is only possible within a specific period of time, and it is not allowed once certain checkpoints have been reached. Client cannot cancel the project in middle phase and it is not accepted during the development stage or at the day of delivery.
Refunds can be done once the client has signed a cancellation document. The refund can be provided directly or credited to the client’s bank account, provided that they have provided their details.
Cancellation requests are only accepted during working hours on working days. Cancellation requests are not accepted on government holidays or during religious functions.
We are committed to developing each project with great interest and passion, and we aim for less chance of cancellations. If a client is dissatisfied with a product, they must report it to us within the specified time frame of the agreement.
Our company only accepts cancellations for project that have been developed by our company.
Cancellation requests can be made by phone or email, but clients must provide a valuable reason for cancellation and explain how the project fails to meet their requirements. If a cancellation request is made after the development stage, the client may be charged a development fee, as it is essential for them to agree to our rules and payment methods.
In case the client cancels the service after assigning the project to the expert, then a refund of 50% is to be reimbursed by the company. And in other cases, if we cancel the assignment then a refund of 100% is guaranteed by us.
